Free workspace
Invoices, agreement editing, employee records, salary calculations, PDF tools and Drive history have no paid tier. Optional AI scanning depends on the external recognition service and its availability. Browser limits, Google API availability and the connected user’s Drive storage allowance still apply.
Invoice calculations
You choose currency, tax rates, inclusive or exclusive prices, discounts, untaxed charges, withholding, payments and rounding. Inclusive prices are converted to taxable values before invoice-level discounts are allocated proportionally across lines. Tax is rounded per line to the currency’s minor unit. Withholding and recorded payments reduce the amount payable and balance due. No currency conversions are assumed.
Salary calculations
You choose monthly, daily or hourly pay, proration, allowances, overtime, deductions, PF and ESI bases and rates, TDS input and professional tax. The tool calculates the amounts you supply. It does not determine statutory applicability, select current legal rates or calculate annual income-tax liability. Employer contributions are shown separately from employee deductions. Payment status is recorded manually; no money is transferred.
Agreements and templates
Document starters are editable starting points. Review their terms for your actual arrangement before sharing or signing. A recorded Signed status is a manual record, not an electronic signature or signature verification. Use unsigned blank PDF templates: placing text does not remove or redact original content.
AI recognition
Recognition can misread names, numbers and text positions. Check the transcript, selected fields and exported PDF. Tables are returned as text, not automatically converted to invoice calculations. Only submit documents you are authorized to send to the external provider. Recognized languages may exceed the export font’s glyph coverage.
Data and history
Local records stay on the current browser. Google Drive mode requires an authorized connection and successful save. Keep backups when a save has not completed. Old Drive history is retained in the user’s own folder until the user deletes it.

Public example invoices and sample workspaces contain fictional information. Uploaded user documents are not included as public templates or examples.
