Is it actually free?

Yes. All six invoice layouts, business profiles, agreements, employee and salary records, PDF tools and backups are free. There is no paid tier, credit card form or trial countdown.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use local mode without an account. With Google Drive configured, connect your Google account to load and save your own workspace history across devices.

Where are my invoices saved?

Local mode saves in this browser. Optional Google Drive mode loads your own Drive workspace after you connect and saves private history there. Keep backups for records that haven’t reached Drive.

Does it file or verify my taxes?

No. You set the tax rates and labels. InvoiceFlow calculates those amounts; it does not verify tax registrations, file returns or certify compliance.

Can I email an invoice from here?

Download the PDF and attach it in your email app. The workspace can open an email draft, but it never claims to send a message for you.
